This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and measure booking steps such as opening booking options, viewing a Calendly schedule, selecting a time, and completing a booking. These analytics events do not include names, email addresses, health details, or booking notes. Google may use cookies or similar technologies as part of its analytics service. Appointments are scheduled through Calendly. Information you enter in Calendly is processed by Calendly and shared with the agent to arrange your appointment. Do not include Social Security numbers, detailed medical information, or financial account information in booking notes. Review Calendly's Privacy Policy.

The Google Translate widget sends page text to Google for translation when you select another language. Do not use translation tools to process sensitive personal or health information.

Explore Health authorizations are completed electronically through SignWell. Information you enter in the authorization form is processed by SignWell and made available to Matthew Woodbridge for the purposes described in the authorization.

Secure document uploads are provided through Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Files submitted through the secure upload page are transmitted to Enroll Oregon’s Microsoft 365 environment for use in assisting with your insurance application, enrollment, or related service needs.

This site is intended to provide general information and connect Oregon consumers with licensed insurance assistance. Do not submit sensitive health, financial, or identity information through an unsecured contact form or ordinary email unless specifically instructed to do so.

Insurance information

Plan availability, premiums, networks, eligibility, and financial assistance depend on your individual circumstances and the applicable plan year. Official Marketplace determinations control eligibility and enrollment.
