Monthly and annual costs
Compare premiums after financial assistance, deductibles, copays, coinsurance and maximum out-of-pocket costs. A lower premium can mean higher costs when you need care.
Choosing a health plan is about more than finding a monthly premium. I can help you compare your actual options, check the doctors and prescriptions that matter to you, and understand the tradeoffs before you enroll.
The right comparison starts with how you and your family actually use health care—not a generic ranking or the cheapest plan on the screen.

Check the specific plan network for doctors, hospitals and pharmacies, along with medication coverage and drug tiers. A familiar insurance company name does not guarantee the same network.
Consider expected appointments, ongoing treatment, family needs and the amount of financial risk you are comfortable taking on.
Oregon is moving Marketplace enrollment from HealthCare.gov to Explore Health for 2027. Some insurers and plans are changing, and people whose plans are no longer offered may be matched with a replacement. A matched or renewed plan may not preserve your preferred providers, medications or costs.

I'm Matthew Woodbridge, an independent Oregon insurance agent and Official Explore Health Enrollment Partner. I work with all insurers participating in Oregon's 2027 individual Marketplace. When we compare plans, we can review the coverage available in your area, your household and estimated income, your doctors and prescriptions, and the total costs you might face—not just the advertised premium.
I can also help you understand Marketplace financial assistance, review the enrollment process, and remain a resource when your coverage or circumstances change. You work directly with me rather than a call center. There is no additional charge to consumers for my Marketplace enrollment assistance.
Explore Health offers an official 2027 plan-preview tool. You can use it to see available options, but a preliminary estimate does not replace a complete eligibility determination or a careful review of plan details. If you have already found plans that interest you, contact me and we can review them together before you decide.
